Hi, I'm Jenn.
Let's find your flow.
Harvard graduate, ex-software engineer, forever gym-girl, and a woman who has never in her life been able to pick just one hobby.
I started tracking my workouts in college, back when I was powerlifting. I brought a spreadsheet to the gym every single day. Not because I was super type-A like that but because I needed to know exactly where I left off so I could pick up again next time. That habit is what got me from a 155 lb to a 225 lb squat in three months!
After college my hobby list got even bigger. I wanted to do everything including pole, dance, calisthenics, yoga, running, and lifting. For a while I would try to fit all of them into a weekly split, and quickly got burnt out. But I started to notice that some weeks running clicked and lifting felt impossible, and other weeks it was the total opposite.
It wasn't random either, it lined up with my cycle. Instead of getting frustrated trying to force the same output every single week, I stopped resisting, and started tracking my period to find my own patterns.
I believe you can do a lot of things. You just can't do everything at once.
I learned to focus on one activity for a period of time, then move to the next, making progress on one thing at a time. Aligning those focus periods with what my body actually wanted was magic. It felt like wu wei — effortless flow with my own body.
That's what this shop is for: tools for women juggling a dozen goals and hobbies who are tired of guessing why some weeks feel easy and others don't.
Get to know yourself, and make that your superpower.
