What you're buying

All Superwoman Cycle products are digital templates delivered instantly — there is no physical item shipped. This includes Notion templates, Google Sheets templates, printables, and guides.

When you purchase, you receive a personal-use license to:

Duplicate and customize the template for your own personal use
Use it indefinitely, on your own Notion or Google account

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the file/template itself with others
Repost the template (in original or modified form) as your own product
Share your duplicated copy's edit access publicly

Delivery

Notion templates: delivered as a duplication link. Once you click it, the template copies into your own workspace — it's yours to edit freely from that point on.
Google Sheets templates: delivered as a file (or “make a copy” link). Making your own copy means all future edits are private to you.

Delivery is instant upon purchase. If you don't receive access within 12 hours, contact me at jenn@superwomancycle.com.

Refunds

Because these are instant-delivery digital products, all sales are final — I'm not able to offer refunds once a template has been delivered or duplicated.

Exceptions: if the file is broken, inaccessible, or significantly different from what's described in the listing, reach out and I'll make it right (fix, replace, or refund at my discretion).

Updates

If I release an update to a template you've purchased, you'll get free access to the update.

Superwoman Cycle products are tools for personal tracking and self-reflection. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a doctor or licensed professional regarding your menstrual health, training program, or any medical condition.

Your data & privacy

Superwoman Cycle templates run entirely inside your own Notion workspace or Google account. I do not collect, access, store, or see any of the personal data you track — your cycle info, workouts, moods, or goals stay completely private to you.

This website itself collects a little data directly: an email address if you sign up for the mailing list, and aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics (page views and general traffic sources — no cross-site tracking or ad cookies). See the email list section below for how signup emails are used.

Email list & marketing communications

By subscribing to the email list, you consent to receive marketing emails from me, including new product launches, updates, tips, and occasional promotions.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Your email is used only to send you these communications — it is never sold or shared with third parties.
Unsubscribing won't affect your access to anything you've already purchased.
